RFQ 36C26226Q0240 is a Brand name or Equal requirement for Undercounter Medical Grade Refrigerator in accordance with (IAW) B.2 and B.3 of attached solicitation (S02-36C26226Q0240.pdf).
The contractor shall show clear, and compelling evidence to meet all requirements of this solicitation.
This solicitation is SDVOSB set-aside, open market.
Award will be made IAW ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, a FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES of attached solicitation (S02-36C26226Q0240.pdf).
