Project Description: The project is described as:
The construction of a new 83,800 SF two-story facility will be followed by the demolition of the existing Thoreau High School on the same site. The project will include all work associated with the demolition of the existing facility, construction of a new facility from the ground-up, completion of the site work, grading and drainage, landscaping, parking areas, construction of a new football field/track, etc.
