Bid Description:
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to reconfigure a commercial kitchen to offices
and storage. The storage is to become a health and dental checkup office as indicated on the drawings by Centerline Architect dated 3/29/2024.

Site Visit:	Date: 11/12/2024 1:00:00 PM	Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a mandatory walk-through meeting for bidders meeting at the site on November 12 at 1:00pm. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Directions: 789 National Guard Road, Colchester Vermont.
