Q1: Is the intent to apply Top Coat to the areas that have been repaired only, or to the entire exterior of Buildings 22, 26, 27 & 29 once the repairs are complete and those areas are primed.
A1: Only the areas that are repaired under this contract.
A. Project Title: Replacement of Roofing and Siding; and painting of Building 42, USDA, ARS Facility in Starkville, MS.
B. Competition is set aside for Small Businesses. Applicable NAICS code is 238160 Roofing Contractors.
C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 14, 15 and 19.
E. Prospective offerors shall be registered with Systems for Awards Management(SAM)with an active registration.
