INVITATION FOR BIDS

East Longmeadow Public Schools is requesting sealed bids for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) packages for the new 192,760 SF, two-story East Longmeadow High School. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B and is open to the general public. Contract award is subject to the approval of East Longmeadow Public Schools.

Bid documents will be available beginning November 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM via Projectdog.com (Project Code #871170). Bids are due and will be opened on November 19, 2025 at 12:00 PM.
