as this vehicle will be used to evaluate and train individuals with various disabilities. Please see the VEAPA Excel Workbook for details of the modifications.
Responsibilities and Task
The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) is required to meet Federal Motor Vehicle standards, and to comply with the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, and the American Disabilities Act (ADA)
.
Vendors should
substantiate in detail their qualifications, capabilities, and pricing to complete modifications and conversions as specified and on the Division's Vehicle Equipment Adaptation Prescription Agreement (VEAPA), which is attached electronically to this solicitation as an Excel Workbook.
