APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this requirement is to procure a prototype for a cultural property identification tool powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that can serve as a proof-of-concept for testing by U.S. law enforcement and assessment for the feasibility and desirability of further development and potential future acquisition.
The RFQ document is attached to this announcement, as well as the Statement of Work and mandatory Cybersecurity questionnaires.
Questions in response to this RFQ are due by September 16th at 10 am EDT.
Responsive Quotes are due by September 21st at 5 pm EDT.
