Security X-ray Imaging Systems

At 10:30 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on December 23, 2024, Bid Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Commissioners Hearing Room, 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon, WA. 98273. Attendance will be in person, by telephone: (253) 215-8782; ID: 871 8000 1980, or remote: Direct Zoom Link A purchase order will be issued for equipment, delivery, installation, radiation safety certification, and operator training of two (2) security x-ray imaging systems capable of detecting weapons within visitor belongings. A one-year minimum warranty on parts and labor must be included.

All vendors who express intent to bid with Eric Peterson at epeterson@co.skagit.wa.us will receive posted bid addenda via email. Questions regarding the specifications must be received by December 11, 2024, 3:00 p.m. and submitted to Eric Peterson, epeterson@co.skagit.wa.us. A confirmation of the question(s) receipt will be sent within 48 hours; if a bidder does not receive such confirmation, it is solely responsible to re-send the question(s). County's responses will be posted for all bidders by addendum with final no later than December 16, 2024. No oral responses from the Owner or its representatives may be relied upon by bidders.

LATE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All submittals will become the property of Skagit County Government and may not be returned.
