The County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) on behalf of the Rivana at Innovation Station Community Development Authority (“CDA”). The intent of this RFP is for the CDA to select an Engineering Consultant (“Consultant”) to perform the services set forth herein as the “CDA Consulting Engineer” for the public improvements at the Rivana at Innovation Station mixed-use development (the “Project”).

Pre-Proposal Conference:

An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on September 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
