Headquarters (HQ), U.S. Army Installations Command (IMCOM) has a requirement for Bentley Enterprise Public Sector 365 (EPS 365) Enterprise License Subscription (ELS) to allow Army users worldwide access to this suite of CAD/BIM engineering and design applications. Requirements include:
