Village of Philmont BOA Pre-development Zoning and Local Laws Analyses
Description:
The Village of Philmont is requesting proposals to complete the zoning and property analysis of seventeen BOA selected sites located in five BOA Subareas and recommend zoning updates to local laws to support the development of proposed uses for BOA strategic sites and SLWBOA subareas. Preliminary draft of new or revisions of existing local laws, regulations, standards, and other zoning updates will be recommended to assist development in the SLWBOA including the Conservation District, Hamlet I, Hamlet II, Hamlet III, Mill District, Mill District II, Rural, Rural Low Density, and General Business zoning districts
