2. This RFP is a total small business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2.

3. There is a Military Performance Specification associated with this procurement: MIL-PRF-32233D. This Specification is Distribution Statement A, which is approved for public release and distribution is unlimited. Please see Section C.1. TDP Information for instructions on how to access this data.

4. Early deliveries authorized at no additional cost to the Government.

5. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING. Narrative D.1. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS)- APPLICABLE TO PART NUMBER: 3KFUELASSY applies to CLINS 0010-0015. Narrative D.2. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS)- APPLICABLE TO PART NUMBERS: 20KFUELASSY AND 50KFUELASSY applies to CLINS 0020-0025 and CLINS 0030-0035. Narrative D.3. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIAL PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS)- APPLICABLE TO PART NUMBER: 210K-IPDS applies to CLINS 0040-0045.

8. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the contacts listed in L.2.3.1 no later than the date and time listed on Page 1 of W912CH-25-R-0176. Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
