Intent to Sole Source - Ragged Edge Prolonged Field Care

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action for Prolonged Field Care, and is not a request for competitive proposals.

All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The intention is to award this contract to Ragged Edge Solutions, LLC due to their unique prolonged field care course. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This requirement requires a specific course offered exclusively by Ragged Edge Solutions, LLC in accordance with the attched Statement of Work
