The City of Quincy, on behalf of the Department of Public Buildings, invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the MANET HEALTH CLINIC AT QUINCY HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT, in accordance with contract documents. This project consists of the renovation of 1,724 sq.ft. of school classroom space into a health clinic. The work includes selective demolition, general construction, masonry, tile work, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, and filed sub-bid work for windows, fire suppression and sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Site work consists of general excavation, concrete cutting, placing approximately 45 ft of sewer line and finish landscaping. General Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for General Building Construction. The total project is estimated to cost $1,000,000.00.
