Description:

The City of Bristol is seeking bids for 3-D digital scanning equipment and instruments as per the attached specifications.Â

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until the date and time noted above; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to Nancy Haynes, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for the failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.

The successful bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
