Jackson Township 2026 Materials

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Jackson Township, Lebanon County, for Jackson Township Materials – Contract 1 until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The contract generally includes Township procurement of approximately 8,000 tons of various aggregate materials and 5,000 tons of various asphalt materials.
Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
