Invitation to Bid
The City of Warrensburg is accepting sealed bids for the Enterprise Sanitary
Interceptor Project in Warrensburg, Missouri. Bid specification documents and
plans may be obtained for $100.00 from:

Bidders are required to obtain documents from ADS and be listed as a plan holder
on the project page of the ADS web site, in order to be eligible to bid.

RFI (Request for Information) cutoff Date for this project for all interested
contractors is March 16, 2026.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00a.m. on March 12, 2026 at the City of
Warrensburg Municipal Center, 200 S. Holden Warrensburg, MO 64093.
Bids may be submitted by dropping off in person, sending them electronically, or by mail:

Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Clerk, Municipal Building,
102A South Holden, Warrensburg, Missouri, 64093 for the Enterprise Sanitary
Interceptor Project on or before 10:00 A.M., local time, March 26, 2026 after which
time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Municipal Center, 200
South Holden.
