Description

The US Embassy in Freetown, Sierra Leone requests corporate qualifications for ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING

(A&E) services for project development and design. The selected firm shall develop designs and support construction efforts consistent with the Department of State Overseas Building Operations design standards to create or modify safe, secure, functional, and resilient facilities which embrace project specifics, local and cultural influences, sustainable priorities, constructability, as well as diplomatic context, visibility, and scrutiny. The selected firm shall develop designs and support construction of mechanical, structural, and electrical systems in need of modification or repair on the U.S. Embassy compound. The firm shall provide professional A&E services in support of a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project solicitation.
