Description

Purpose of Amendment 0003 is to attach the updated Statement of Work (SOW) dated 11 7 2024, all changes to the SOW are highlighted in Yellow in the SOW document. This Amendment updates the Period of Performance (POP) to 471 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) and adds ITEM X. regarding Temporary Facilities to the Statement of Work (SOW).

All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
