rd
floor of the Hall County Government Center located at 2875 Browns Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504.

Bidding Process:
Hall County (herein “County”) is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified Contractors (herein “Bidder” or “Contractor”) for construction services to remodel the 3
rd
floor of the Hall County Government Center (herein “Services”) according to the drawings and specifications set forth by Hussey Gay Bell Architects/Engineers. The County will accept sealed bids in the Purchasing Division on the fourth (4
th
) floor of the Hall County Government Center, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, Thursday, September 18, 2025 by 2:00pm EST. Late bids may not be evaluated. All bid packets must be sealed and time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist located on the 4
th
floor to be considered.
Term:
It is the County’s intention to award one (1) firm for the Services listed herein to be completed on or before June 30, 2026.
Cost Proposals:
Bidder’s costs shall be firm and fixed for the duration of the contract term.

Public Reading
: Bid openings are open to the public and to Bidders. Bidders are not required to attend but may do so. The Issuing Officer named herein will open and publicly read all Bidders’ company names and location on the date, time, and address above. Cost will not be read at this time.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
An on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, beginning at 9:00am at the Hall County Government Center in the 4
th
floor banquet hall. If you are unable to attend the on-site pre-bid meeting, please notify the Issuing Officer.
Taxes
: Hall County, Georgia, is exempt from State of Georgia Sales and Use Tax. A Certificate of Exemption will be made available upon request to the awarded firm.
Bid Bond:
A bid bond is not required for this solicitation; however, all Bidders must include in their bid submissions a letter of bondability. The County will only accept surety companies licensed to do business in the State of Georgia.
