Milne Library – ATS Replacement

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091075.02 titled Milne Library – ATS Replacement until 2:30 p.m. local time on February 11, 2025, the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within 547 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained from Avalon, Syracuse, NY 13208, (315) 471-3333 or through their website at avalonsyr-planroom.com . In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Hard copy of contract documents can be purchased from Avalon for the fee of printing plus shipping with check or credit card. Digital copies can be purchased for $49.00. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Fees will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

A project walk through will be held on January 28, 2025, at 10:00 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
