Scope of Work
The selected vendor will provide a complete, turnkey system including permitting, installation, calibration, citation processing, multilingual customer support, ongoing maintenance, and monthly reporting. The Town strongly prefers a cost-neutral financial model in which citation revenues cover all vendor fees. See solicitation for additional information.
Proposal Requirements
Submissions must include a company overview, technical proposal, cost proposal, implementation timeline in Gantt format, sample reports and dashboard screenshots, and three (3) municipal references. All proposals must be submitted as a single PDF.

All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than May 19, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. This RFP is subject to the Maryland Public Information Act (MPIA). Contract award anticipated Summer 2026, pending Town Council approval.
