Waste Audit Services for Empire State Plaza

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the Division of Resiliency and Sustainability, is seeking a consultant to conduct a waste audit of our main properties in the Capital Region: the Empire State Plaza's (ESP), and the ESP office buildings.

The selected Consultant must demonstrate at least three years' experience in waste data collection and analysis, knowledge of local NYS and Albany recycling regulations and industry, knowledge of proper safety procedures for conducting waste audits, developing and implementing waste diversion recommendations, and ability to access appropriate equipment to accurately sort and weigh different waste types. The team should be familiar with industry best practices and relevant certifications like TRUE Zero Waste certification for comprehensive audits and include at least one certified TRUE advisor.
