Description

BERS Investment Strategy Department is seeking proposals from organizations experienced and capable of providing a Quantitative Portfolio Management Technology (QPMT) solution, including implementation and data management services. BERS seeks to procure an investment analytical platform to provide portfolio insights, as well as automated data quality to monitor, identify, and correct data inconsistencies, errors, or inaccuracies between BERS’ custodian, BERS’ investment consultant, and/or the NYC Comptroller’s Office of Bureau of Asset Management (BAM). Proposals also offering actuarial or artificial intelligence (AI) generated insights, or both, are highly encouraged. The goal is to find a solution that will most efficiently convert disparate data into analytics and offer benchmarking comparisons, when applicable.
