BWT-1644-MV: to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for on-water and on-land oil and sludge wastewater spill response, containment and cleanup. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
