The Town of Windsor is requesting proposals from qualified firms to define the design requirements for the replacement of the main switchboard assembly lineup (MSB), the existing Kohler automatic transfer switch (ATS), and an adjacent motor control center, MCC-E. The selected consultant will need to study and understand the existing power distribution system as well as anticipated future loads required for plan expansion.Â
