Questions: All questions regarding this request for proposals shall be directed to the state U3P Q & A web portal. The Q&A session deadline is Wednesday February 5, 2025 at 3PM.
Submission: Proposals must be submitted before the deadline of Friday February 7, 2025 at 3PM. Proposals must be submitted through the RFP posting located on the Utah Public Procurement Place (UP3).
Pre-bid Conference: A Pre-proposal meeting will be held at the City of Cedar Hills Office on Monday February 3, 2025, at 1:30 PM. The address is 10246 N Canyon Road Cedar Hills, Utah 84062. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
