Project Title: WWYK140020 – REPLACE UNIT SUBSTATION AND SWITCHGEAR

Project Location: Tinker AFB - COL V51, B3001

Replacement of the existing unit substation, primary switch and secondary switchgear at Post V51 in Building 3001 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma that are compliant with applicable NEC and NFPA standards.

IAW FAR 36.204(f) THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000

Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available.

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by 14 April 2025 at 12:00pm. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an MS Outlook meeting invite will be coordinated and will be forwarded stating the date and time of the Initial Site Visit.

You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
