The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Legal Representation for Filing and Disposition of Guardianship Cases for VA PACIFIC ISLANDS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VAPIHCS). A draft of the Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
Brief Description of Services
See Draft Statement of Work.
Period of Performance (POP): 02/01/2025 01/31/2026 base year plus four option years.
All interested contractors must respond by email to Destiny.Quenga@va.gov no later than 12:00 P.M. PST on January 3, 2025.

Anticipated Teaming Arrangements (if any). If plan on subcontracting, demonstrate that you will meet the limitations on subcontracting per FAR 52.219-14 for Small Businesses; VAAR 852.219-73 and VAAR 852.219-74 for SDVOSB/VOSB.
GSA Contract Number, if applicable.
Fill out the price estimate on the attached price schedule.
