This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, the purpose of this acquisition is to purchase 8 Automated External Defibrillators for the Tucson Area Office.
This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirment is 334510. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award firm-fixed price type contract. The equipment will be delivered to the Tucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) 4 to 6 weeks after award.
Please submit all questions by email to susan.protho@ihs.gov no later than Friday, December 27, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. MST. Questions cannot be answered over the phone, all questions must be sent via email. All Proposals will be due by Tuesday, January 10, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.MST.
This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19 memorandum “Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing” directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors.
Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment Requests”
Potiential Offerors hereby notified that future information about this acquisition, including the solicitation and subsequent amendments, will be only distributed solefy through SAM.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation documentation will not be available. The SAM.gov site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed soley through this site.
