Question: Is there paperwork or documentation for this bid?

Answer: Bids should include all of the paperwork (such as cover sheets) required by the City of

Providence and should address the specifications outlined in the RFP. Vendors may use the Bid

Package Checklist on page 3 as a resource.

Question: May the City of Providence meet individually with vendors during the open bidding

process?

Answer: Since we are in the open bidding process, City staff may not meet individually with

vendors. Please submit your questions via email.
