Description of work: The Project will involve the following: selective demolition of the existing sitework, site utilities, and related infrastructure; complete demolition and removal of existing structures, including the bathhouse, playgrounds, park shelter, swimming pools, pool deck, pool equipment, and related infrastructure; and new construction of a bathhouse, filter building, swimming pools, pool deck, pool equipment, and related infrastructure. The project is located at 200 East Park, Iowa City, Iowa 52246.
