THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!!
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking potential sources for CPRR (Cost Per Reportable Result) for Comprehensive Electrolyte Profile Instrumentation for rapid analysis of Ionized Calcium and other electrolytes with Installation. Sources being sought for Brand Name or Equal to the Prime ES Comp Plus w/Tray Scanners at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) 4300 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees.
The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the Statement of Work, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information:
