The Buena Sanitation District (BSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms (Consultant) to provide design surveying, geotechnical investigation, engineering design, permitting, and a complete set of design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for a sewer capacity improvement project in the City of Vista.
