All suppliers must have a current certificate if insurance and provide documentation when requested. All suppliers must attend & sing in the mandatory site visit. To be delivered to the Human Resources Office on the 3rd floor of the Gordon Persons Building. MANDATORY SITE VISIT: AUGUST 13, 2026 10AM, LOCATION: ALABAMA STATE DEPT OF EDUCATION GORDON PERSONS BUILDING 50 NORTH RIPLEY STREET LOADING DOCK ENTRANCE MONTGOMERY, AL 36104 334-694-4606 NOTE: Due to contruction the Loading dock is closed, however cars and small trucks can gain access to the loading dock to park and meet for the site visit.
