The City of Montgomery seeks a qualified Contractor from a collection firm with proven experience in government debt collections. The Contractor will collect outstanding fines, fees, costs, penalties, and delinquent obligations for the Montgomery Municipal Court. These debt collection cases include, but are not limited to:
• Misdemeanor offenses.
• Municipal ordinance violations.
• Parking violations.
• Traffic violations.
• Red light camera violations.
