The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to Negotiate solely with HARPER RAINS KNIGHT & CO PA 1052 Highland Colony PKWY, Ridgeland, Mississippi, 39157-8764, United States, United States, under the authority of 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is to conduct additional analysis on the payroll and human resources data and documentation at the U.S. International Trade Commission. HRK serves as the USITC's financial statement audit firm and has detailed knowledge of the agency, systems, and staff. HRK already assesses some payroll data, HR documentation and controls at the Commission as part of the annual financial audit work. HRK's familiarity with the USITC and processes for contractors will improve the audit's efficiency and help ensure the USITC OIG received the most efficient services. The expected period of performance is 5 months from award.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
