Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission issues this Notice of Intent to Advertise as a means of providing notice in advance of posting Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk and Design-Build services for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia¿s FY2026 Capital Projects listed below. Interested firms may respond to any, or all, of the solicitations as they are posted. However, in keeping with the (BOR¿s) practice of spreading the work equitably among qualified contractors, award of contracts associated with this cohort of projects will likely be limited to no more than one project on the list being awarded to any given firm.
