Project Description: This contract will be let by Texas Department on behalf of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The work entails construction and delivery of a 4,560 square foot modular office building to be delivered and assembled at 611 North Cage Blvd in Pharr, Texas. The General Contractor will be contracting directly with TxDOT. The General Contractor shall be licensed in the State of Texas and experienced with the construction and delivery of modular buildings. This 4,560 square foot modular office building is described in the Plans and Specifications.
