This is an invitation to submit a bid to Dawson County for design-build services for the new Fire Station 3 and fueling station.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference at 10:30 a.m., July 8, 2025, at, 38 Nix Bridge Road (at Harmony Church Road), Dawsonville, Georgia 30534. If raining, the alternate site will be the current Fire Station 3, 951 Harmony Church Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncountyga.gov no later than July 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than July 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
