- Summary:A. By this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”), the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors (hereinafter the “County”) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors (herein referred to interchangeably as “Contractor” or “Bidder”) to establish a firm fixed price contract with Contractor to furnish, deliver, supply and install all necessary labor and materials associated with the installation of chain link fencing and gates at four Fluvanna County athletic fields (collectively the “Fence Installations”) and complete any and all necessary or appropriate associated work at the site (“Site Work”) or other work in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. Collectively, the work on the Fence Installations, Site Work and any other work required by this IFB is referred to herein as the “Project.”

Round Information:This Addendum 4 is prepared and posted to change the terms and conditions of the invitation for
bids as follows:
Attachment E (attached hereto) is revised to add a bid response for a combined lump sum
cost for fencing for all four fields.
