23rd STS IDS Installation

4 Sep 25: The pupose of this amendment is to:

1. Attach Questions and Answers

2. Attach Updated Statement of Work dated 4 Sep 2025

3. Attach Updated Addendum to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 to fix clerical error on page one (1) Required Statements; new statment is as follows: "The Offeror must provide a statement that their proposal for the project is compliant with Attachment #7 Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) Equipment Approval Memorandum, dated 29 April 2024"

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged

26 Aug 25: Floor Plans from the Statement of Work have been uploaded as seperate files.

Amendment 0002 (25 Aug 25): The purpose of this amendment it to update Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW). This update removes the requirement of ACS installation. Additioanlly, it expands the description of equipment in paragraph 1.3.1.

Amendment 0001 (20 Aug 25): The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 3 - Addendum to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. The PSG VICADS Certification requirement was removed from the Technical Evaluation Factors of this requirement.

This is a compined synopsis/solcitation for the IDS Install for the 23rd STS and Hurlburt Field, FL.

The contractor shall install a Vindicator Intrusion detection system (IDS) and Hirsch Access Control (ACS) in building #91650/room 1238, 2024, 2014, 2031, 2027, compatible with Windows 10.
