Description: The Contractor shall perform routine maintenance and cleaning at the Industrial Waste Treatment Operations (IWTO) and other sources at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), in accordance with Arlington County Code (Chapter 26, Article II) and the County Wastewater Permit No 0778.8 effective January 1, 2024.
