Sealed Request for Proposals for the HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS, Seabrook Project No. 2026-07 will be received until 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, at 1700 1 ^st Street, Seabrook, TX 77586. Bids must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted.
