Advertisement for Bids
Sealed BIDS for the Seltice Way Rehabilitation & Pipeline Project will be received by the City of Post Falls until
March 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. Bids, hand-delivered or mailed, shall be delivered to the Owner, the City
of Post Falls, Attn: City Clerk, located at 408 N. Spokane Street, Post Falls, Idaho 83854. Bids shall be clearly
marked “Bid Enclosed – Seltice Way Rehabilitation & Pipeline Project”. Bids will then be publicly opened and
read aloud at the City of Post Falls. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held in the conference room on
the 2nd floor of the City Hall at 408 N. Spokane Street, Post Falls, Idaho 83854 at 2:00 PM local time March 10,
2026.
Project Summary:
The work includes roadway and pipeline construction in Seltice Way from McGuire to Chase Road in
Post Falls, Idaho. Work will include construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage infrastructure,
forcemain piping (sewer and reuse water).
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
• City Clerk’s Office, City of Post Falls; 408 N. Spokane Street, Post Falls, Idaho 83854
• J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc.; 745 W. Hanley Ave, Suite 301; Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83815
Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at www.jubplanroom.com. The standard set of
contract documents includes electronic .pdf files of the contract documents.
All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to
the best interest of the Owner and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received. Bids must be
accompanied by Bid Security in the form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders in
the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner as
liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as
specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
A Public Works Contractor’s License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. This project is not funded
with Federal Funds and Davis Bacon wages will not apply. The agreement between Owner and Contractor is
subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and associated Regulations.
