The Village of Rantoul, IL is seeking bids for the complete construction of a new 69kV to 15kV substation called the Prospect Substation.  This work includes civil, substation, feeders exits, testing & commissioning, and the procurement of some material.

Sealed bids are due on May 13, 2026 and be sure to note sealed bid requirements.  Mobilization is proposed to be 9/19/26 with a substantial completion constraint date of 3/15/27.
