LEGAL NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
P010-26
The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (Brownsville PUB or BPUB) will accept sealed proposals for
Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) Services until January 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the Brownsville PUB
Purchasing Office, 1155 FM 511, Olmito, Texas. RFPs received after this time will not be considered.
Proposals will be publicly opened, and the responding firms' names will be read aloud on January 15,
2026. Firms can call at 3:15 PM on this date at (956) 214-6020 to listen to the proposal acknowledgment.

Please mark on the outside of the envelope and on any carrier’s envelope: "RFP FOR QUALIFIED
SCHEDULING ENTITY (QSE) SERVICES”, P010-26, January 15, 2026, 3:00 PM", and send to the
attention of Diane Solitaire, Purchasing Department, 1155 FM 511, Olmito, Texas 78575.
The Brownsville PUB will not be responsible if the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails
to deliver the RFP to the Brownsville PUB, Purchasing Office by the deadline above. RFPs via electronic
transmission and facsimile will not be accepted.
The Brownsville PUB reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs and to waive irregularities contained
therein, and to accept any proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the Brownsville PUB.
