The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and personnel required to furnish Hazardous Waste (HW), Non-Hazardous Waste (NHW) and Universal Waste (UW) one-time service, to include completion of manifests, materials, equipment, labels, collection, analyzing, sorting, preparation, packaging, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste by means of incineration, fuel blending, and/or reclamation/recycling for the Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital located in Whiteriver, Arizona.
