New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) seeks a Consultant to provide construction management services (the “Services”) at various properties located throughout the City, as more particularly described herein.
The selected Consultant shall provide the Services at various properties located throughout the City, including waterfront and railyard properties, that are either owned, managed and/or leased by the City, by an agency of the City or by the Corporation (collectively, the Properties, and each individually a “Property”) to assist the Corporation with the management, maintenance, improvements and efficient operation of such Properties. The number and location of such Properties may be updated from time to time by the Corporation to include new Properties or to exclude previously designated Properties.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
Informational SessionAn optional pre-proposal session will be held virtually on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.. Those who wish to attend should RSVP by email to EDCDredgingRFP2025@edc.nyc on or before December 16, 2025.
InquiriesRespondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5pm on Monday, January 5, 2026. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5pm on Monday, January 5, 2026, however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to RFPREQUEST@edc.nyc on or before Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
