Project Description: The intent of this bid is to contract for the maintenance and inspection of all County fire, burglar, panic alarms, fire suppression and fire protection systems. This unit cost contract shall start on or about August 1, 2026, will run for three years, and includes the option to extend the contract for one additional one-year period. If bidding on Service Sector 2, bidders must upload a Current ASSE 5000 Backflow Prevention Certification for the technicians that will be providing service for this contract. Bidders may bid one or both service sectors but each line item within the chosen service sector must be completed.
